Understanding that simplicity is important to you, we’ve made the Hills Security 12 extremely easy to operate. The code pad gives you full control over the system, and allows you to view all of the security devices to determine their status.  A number
of convenient quick function keys are available to make it that
much easier. Turning your system on is as simple as pressing the
ON key, and the PARTIAL key allows you to arm all your doors and
windows for added protection when you are home and require perimeter
protection. The only other thing you’ll need to remember is
your 4 digit code to turn the system off.We’ve also included 3 emergency keys which can be programmed to contact fire, ambulance, or police via a 24 hour control room if an emergency occurs. Just press and hold the button down for 2 seconds. High quality motion sensors are used to detect
the presence of an intruder in your home. Strategically placed around
your home, and designed to blend in, these sensors have you and
your family covered in protective security. How do you know if your alarm system
has been activated? The Hills Security 12 comes with an outdoor
horn and flashing strobe, so if your alarm has been tripped, there
are visual and audio indicators. Internal sirens are also provided
to disorient intruders.

most dangerous type of fire - the slow, smouldering fire that creates
a lot of deadly smoke. Our smoke detectors sound the alarm at the first sign of smoke, giving occupants time to escape. And when you’re away from home, it's the best way to protect your house, pets, and possessions. The Hills Security 12 sends out a signal so that authorities can respond quickly.

The
Hills Security 12 uses advanced and reliable technology to provide
you with the best protection possible. Your control box is the brain
of your system and controls all security devices. It gathers information
from your sensors regarding the status of your system, interprets
these, then activates the alarm accordingly. The built-in digital
communicator reports alarms immediately to an Alarm Monitoring Station,
which is staffed 24 hours a day, ready to report a burglary, fire,
or panic condition to you or the proper authorities. 
For control that’s right at your fingertips, we offer the
added convenience of optional remote controls. Carry it around
in your pocket or purse like your car alarm, and you have a simple,
handy way to operate your Security 12. The optional 4 button remote
can be used to control garage doors, heating, and lighting throughout
your home.
